Happy Birthday Jenny Girl

I cannot believe Jenny turned 17 today.....is that crazy or what? I remember meeting her when she had just turned eight. She has grown into such a beautiful young woman and we are so proud of her. She is such a great girl. Love you Jenny.

A post

So, I am a slacker in updating my blog. I guess that is what happens in summertime, when EVERYONE is home.

Sophie is four months old.

It seems like I gave birth to her AGES ago because of all that has happened in her little life.

She is so yummy and sweet.

Stacey, my talented sister in law took these pictures of Sophie over the Fourth of July weekend.

She is such a good baby. She sucks her fingers, which I just love! She is a little peanut, that is for sure. But, I love peanuts :)

She is a little behind in milestones and weight....but hey, she needed a month off. She is the love of everyone's lives around here. We were at church the other day and people I barely know say, "How's Sophie doing?" She is a little celebrity :)

Fourth of July Extravaganza

We had our annual Fourth of July Extravaganza this past weekend. As you can see from the pictures a great time was had by all!
We had 28 people over....my parents got a room :) so that means 26 people slept in our house. That is a lot of bodies for a four bedroom house! Every room was used....thank you family for not minding sleeping in the dining room and front room and family room.
We had a great time! We look forward to it so much.... Spencer was already asking about next year :)
I thought I'd compile a top ten list of
