Nashville, Tennessee

This year we went country!
We went to Nashville this year for our annual girls weekend.  It was so much fun.
We went in the beginning of June, and it already seems so far away.  It makes me sad.
We have such a wonderful time together....you don't even want to know!  We talk about everything, and sing and dance, and eat and eat and eat.  Southern food is so yummy!  I could taste the butter in everything:) I think I cried and laughed the most, but I don't think that is too unusual.
These girls are so dear to my heart.  I can't imagine life without them.  We all lead such different lives in different cities and states, but all of that fades as soon as we see one another.
This was our fifth year and it is a tradition that is well worth the yearly wait.
Love you girlies.

Hubby

Here is my sweet Hubby with his kiddies.
My kids are crazy about their daddy.  I am crazy about him, too.  They adore him.  Every night when I lay Sophie down, I ask her what song she wants me to sing.  Every single night she says, "Dada."  That means the Daddy song from primary.  I love it.

My Hubby loves being a Daddy.
The way his eyes light up when he sees them melts my heart every time.
He takes so much pride in every single thing that they do.
He is definitely their #1 fan.
I couldn't ask for a better daddy for my children.

(Like Sophie is this picture????  This was the best I had to choose from.  Awesome group to work with don't you think?)

In the summertime....

We are consumed by swim practice, swim meets...but this kid right here (Filippo) is doing awesome!  Backstroke is "his" stroke.  He is darn good, too.

We are out swinging all the time.  It's the perfect spot to eat Popsicles...which we eat way too often.

We get thrills at the County Fair.  Not nearly the size of the State Fair, but that is fine by me.

We can't possibly go to the fair without going on the slides.  They loved it!

We are always so happy to have family come visit.  Here is Bridgete and Lilly in the tree house.

We had free passes to Six Flags that we had to use.  Sophie is laughing not crying, fyi...she loved this little ride.  So did Amanda and Jackson, even though you can't see him.

We see lots more skin.  Sophie and water....practically inseparable!

And the biggest thing we do in the summertime is swim.  And swim.  And swim.  Thank goodness for our pool.  Tucker swims, too.

And that is our summer vacation so far.  Oh yeah, I went to Nashville:)  That's another post.
